Getting the most out of your Massage!
- Preparation - Please arrive 10mins prior to your scheduled appointment. A
shower will be available or if you prefer you may shower prior to your arrival.
- Communication - Verbal and non-verbal communication between the therapist
and the client will maximize the experience. Please insure that you communicate
any expectations that you may have.
- Boundaries - Everyone has their own level of what is comfortable and
acceptable. The session will be more relaxing and enjoyable if both the therapist and
client know what the boundaries are.
